Exchange / Refund / Return
We will approve exchange/refund/return if:
- Wrong item delivered, defected item or quality problem.
- Claims must be made within 5 days from goods received.
- Please make sure the item is not being used and returned product must be in original condition with complete labels and tags.
- Kindly contact us in advance or email to us before return the items.
We will not approved or compromise for exchange/refund/return if:
- Any used or damage caused by customers careless will not be accepted.
- Any product that is not in its original condition or damaged.
- Any free gift product and samples.
- Buyer change their mind once order been delivered to customer.
- After 5 days goods are received.
You have to include the following details in the email for exchange/refund/return:

- Contact No:
- Product to exchange/refund/return
- Reason for exchange/refund/return
- Name
- Address
*Maxpoint have rights to approve/reject exchange/refund/return from customer.
General Policies
- Customer cannot cancel their order if the order has been dispatched or sent.
- Your purchase from us means you have read, understood and agreed with all of our policies.
